Hi, I'm Chandra - the cookie-obsessed home baker and

one-woman team behind Channie's Cookies.

The story

For years, I've been known as "the cookie girl." I’ve always enjoyed baking, but it wasn't until I moved to Atlanta in 2020 that my hobby really took off.

Being the new girl in a new city that was still fairly shut down, I spent my time experimenting with different recipes and sharing them with others to bring a little comfort and connection.

This eventually led to me starting Channie's Cookies in November 2025, right out of my home kitchen. When you place a pre-order or shop a local drop, you're getting thick, gourmet cookies baked entirely from scratch.

Ordering
There are two ways to get your hands on Channie's Cookies:

Pre-orders — Fill out the request form on this site and I'll confirm your order within 48 hours. Great if you want to plan ahead or need a specific quantity.

Cookie drops — I occasionally post limited batches when I have extra cookies or I'm testing new flavors. Drops are first-come, first-served and available for local pickup. Sign up for email notifications on the Drops page or follow @channies_cookies on Instagram so you don't miss one!
Drops are limited batches posted live - you claim what's available and pay immediately via Venmo.

Pre-orders are planned in advance: you submit a request, I'll confirm the details within 48 hours, and then you pay via Venmo to lock it in.
At least 72 hours before your preferred pickup date. More notice is always appreciated, especially for larger orders or custom requests.
Local delivery is available within the Atlanta metro area exclusively for bulk orders over $200. For all standard orders, I offer convenient local pickup options in Edgewood / Candler Park area or at Passion City's 515 location on Sundays.
Within Georgia: Not yet, but I hope to offer in-state shipping in the future! For now, all orders are for local pickup (or delivery for bulk orders over $200).

Outside of Georgia: Because Channie's Cookies is a licensed home bakery, I am legally restricted to sales within the state of Georgia.
Payment & pickup
All orders are paid in full via Venmo and all sales are final.


For drops, payment is requested immediately after you claim.


For pre-orders, payment via Venmo is required within 48 hours of me confirming your order in order to lock it in.

Pickup is available at Edgewood/Candler Park (exact address will be provided 48 hours before your pickup date) or at Passion City Church (515 location) on Sundays. Delivery is available for bulk orders over $200.
Missed pickups are non-refundable. If you know in advance you can't make it, reach out as early as possible and I'll do my best to work with you.
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of my products, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Orders not picked up during the designated pickup window will not be eligible for a refund. Should I need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. sickness, family emergency), you will be notified ASAP and promptly refunded.
Dietary & allergies
Not at this time. Because Channie's Cookies are baked in a home kitchen, I cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment for those with severe sensitivities.

Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases and interactions with Channie's Cookies, a licensed home bakery based in Atlanta, Georgia, operated by Chandra Robrock. By placing an order or submitting a request, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are made to order in small batches. Submitting a pre-order request does not guarantee fulfillment - orders are reviewed and approved within 48 hours via email
  • Once details are finalized and your request is approved, full payment via Venmo is required within 48 hours to secure your order. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received.
  • For cookie drops, claiming a cookie holds your spot but does not confirm your order. Payment must be received via Venmo within 1 hour of claiming, or your cookie claim may be cancelled. Your order is only officially secured once payment is received.
  • Prices are listed per cookie and do not include applicable sales tax. Final totals including tax will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is confirmed and payment is received.

If I need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, family emergency), you will be notified as soon as possible and promptly refunded in full.

Pickup & Missed Orders

  • Pickup location and window details will be confirmed at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.
  • It is your responsibility to pick up your order within the designated window. Missed pickups are non-refundable.
  • If you know in advance that you cannot make your pickup, please reach out as early as possible. I will do my best to work with you, but I cannot guarantee accommodation.

Allergens & Dietary Information

All cookies are baked in a home kitchen that processes wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and other common allergens. While ingredient information is provided for each product, I cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have a severe food allergy, please exercise caution and consult with me directly before ordering.

Ingredient information is provided in good faith and reflects standard recipes. Seasonal or limited-edition variations may differ — any notable changes will be communicated at the time of ordering.

Geographic Restrictions

Channie's Cookies is a licensed home bakery operating under Georgia's Cottage Food Law. Sales are restricted to within the state of Georgia. I am unable to ship outside of Georgia.

Delivery

Local delivery is available within the Atlanta metro area exclusively for bulk orders over $200. Delivery availability is subject to change. Address and logistics will be confirmed after your order is accepted.

Email Communications

By signing up for drop notifications, you consent to receive email updates about cookie drops and availability. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to your order (confirmations, pickup details) are not subject to unsubscribe.

Limitation of Liability

Channie's Cookies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of products. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
